Note Regarding Access to Pupil Mental Health Services

If you have concerns about your child’s mental health, please talk to your school’s front office staff to schedule an appointment with the Sped/504/COST Coordinator.
If you are a student and would like to talk to a counselor, please ask one of your teachers for a referral and/or talk to the front office staff to schedule an appointment with the Sped/504/COST Coordinator.

Notice Regarding MORGAN HILL CONCERNED PARENTS ASSN. V. CAL. DEPT. OF ED:

The California Department of Education (“CDE”) has requested that local educational agencies throughout the State post the following link to CDE’s website http://www.cde.ca.gov/morganhillcase to provide parents notice of the disclosure of student records pursuant to a Court Order issued in a lawsuit filed by the Morgan Hill Concerned Parents Association and the Concerned Parent Association against the CDE. (Case No. 2:11-cv-3471-KJM-AC).  The CDE website provides aNotice for your review and an Objection Form should you wish to object to the disclosure of your child’s personally identifiable information.
